How can I show something on the screen using prescription?

you One who can do is to create an AlternatePaint form which pulls PNG and places it in the right place and move the bind etc.

  paperflex alpha transparent image format = new paparix alfalfa (); Transparent image format. Sitemap (& lt; image goes here & gt ;, & lt; opacity goes here & gt;); The opacity is ambiguity that the image will be painted, the value of 255 = all transparent parts will be alpha / transparent as much as the original PNG etc ... and you can put a timer that has a setmate.
