Windows mobile 6.0 network settings -

I am using Windows Mobile 6.0 Classic PDA, I want to use wireless to access my service on the server (Win 2008),

Should my settings be in PDA network management? Is here my settings which works for some PDAs and for some it works for some time and stops? And some PDAs do not work at all for similar settings ??

"Programs that are connected to the internet ..." = ISP

"Programs that are connected to a private network." = My work network

BTW, this is my work network ??? I do not understand that the use of my PDA wireless (with proxy) I wud think both ISPs should work right? But when I change the second option for ISP and PDA, which can connect to the internet and server via PDA IR but will not be connected through the .netcf application, but it will work fine (.NETCF application entering the server Except if I change the second option back to my work network, so basically the PDA is not using ISP's first option?
