I was thinking that someone could help me, I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and LiveCycle Designer and I am trying to do that is preparing a dynamic form which I can send to the recipients with the personal data (names, addresses etc.) of the recipients, the population form in the past.
Is it possible (only with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Live Seamless Designer, with the rest live sequel suite)?
I can not bind my database to my database through my Farm Fields LiveCycle Designer. When I preview the form, I see the values for the first person in my database - what should I do, the form is distributed and depending on how the values are emailed?
Acrobat Pro and LiveCycle Designer can see data binding and form distribution builders, do not allow you to distribute this kind of mail merge type, but I want to check with only the person who
class = "Post-text" itemprop = "text">
Adobe used to say that Acrobat is closed in its teeth Years ago it was easy I think you'll find most attractive final choice.
Server Options:
-
Generate and pre-form the form individually before e-mailing (either form For form or a link, for example.) You will need the LiveCycle form for this.
-
Use a third-party plug to pre-populate the form. I do not know if this is an option because you are working with LiveCycle PDF: S (against Acrobat PDF).
Consumer Options:
-
The form provides the form with the data of a particular user Open a web service. You need either the reader to increase your form or make sure the user has Acrobat Professional installed. "Reader extension in Acrobat" will not be trick.
-
If you do not want to include the LiveCycle suite: Generate the XDP (data) files on the server, which contains only the data and PDF form URL. A file per user can be either e-mailed to each file or when the user clicks on a link in the e-mail. When XDP opens on the client side, Adobe Reader should automatically get the PDF from the server and the use of XDP data should be pre-populated and presented in the form.
Good luck!
