Strangely how the class type V # 2010 has been removed from F # release
It is in F # PowerPack, which is used by the F # team to be "unstable" code which Will be released and updated more frequently than the main release of F # and libraries. (Note that the code is still a high-quality code, you should ignore most of the meanings of "unstable" in this context). This is a way to get more practical code for the F # team, when F # is released for real.
