c++ - Building xerces using -icu -

There is some information about the creation of xerces using the Icu library, when I give it all the ICU related options on the macode I am for ICU option (this can not be finally enabled in the ICU option config.log).

Check config.log again - it's something It should be explained in detail why it can not support 'ICU Transcoder'
