terminal - How to turn off colors in ZSH shell? Make it black and white with unicode support! -

Once I got my hands on OpenBSD I was really happy for the black and white terminals, , With more orienting b / w colors ..

Anyway I know just one option to do this.

Export duration = "Linux meter"

and openbysdi "VT8 .." I do not remember anything used

< P> Now I have freebsd on my dedicated server, I have to redo black and white terminal again. On Bash it works perfectly even in Shape, for example I got the normal Unicode in Midnight Commander ... but when I enter the ZSH with the duration = "linux meter" MC I have unicode problem , Just a bunch of letters in the edges ...

I found this location in /etc/login.conf:

  Unicode | Unicode user accounts: \: charset = UTF-8: \: lang = en_US .UTF-8: \: lc_all = en_US.UTF-8: \: tc = default:
