c# - Can I make a type "sealed except for internal types" -

I want to make a legislation that can be inherited from types in the same assembly, but received from outside Can not be meeting I want a type of thing outside the assembly.

Is this possible?

You can make the constructor internally:

  public class {Inner MyClass () {}}  

Every class that is received from a base class should call the constructor of the base class in its constructor. Since this baseline is in a separate assembly, it can not call the constructor, so the derived classes do not compile.
