A project has been developed in php and javascript.I, someone can tell me how to project in eclipse id I want to debug it.

Do you have access to source code ie PHP files?

If so, you should be able to open Eclipse and browse to the folder that has PHP files.

Uses the Eclipse folder where the files are in the form of a workspace for the project.
