c# - database text field databound to a checkbox -

I do not understand the field as 1 or 0 instead of 'true' or 'false' in the database How this record was saved, how to do this without manually establishing each property. I have to use a lot in this project and the little area is not an option. I probably want to solve this issue by increasing the check box control, but I do not know how to change the compelling field value. Any help would be appreciated!
