My first estimate will be a problem with getting involved in your path. This is a very common issue when one is deployed from one server to another.
But obviously this is a fatal error I have not used the Zend server but in Apache I want to see error_log, because any fatal error output ends there. Is the Zend server somewhat similar?
... Ah, the Zend server has a login, which is accessed via the Monitor> Log in the admin interface. Try reporting PHP error log for the report of fatal errors.
