I am making a web site for a friend's company Redevelopment Reporting Solutions (RRS) and obviously it will be titled Page. Unfortunately, redevelopment reporting solutions are disconnected in the tab bar. So, basically I want to call it RRs in the tab, while still saying redemption reporting solution in the title bar at the top. I know they are both title assets, so I do not know that this is possible.

no. The browser will automatically make them both, there is no way to change that functionality through your HTML.
