So everyone and their sister are now a "Magneto Expert" folk ...

It seems Many people with such claims have learned how to hack around and modify topics and turn on and off admin features - but really the skills to write - Magento does not have custom modules.

  1. So what are the Magento custom modules (in a physical sense)? If they are written for the most accurate professionalism with the highest standards, then does it mean that they are effectively "self-contained" scripts that are available in any Magento store and any other store (Drupal, Joomla, custom php) Can be kept in

  2. If I'm recruiting / looking for a good Magento developer, how can I tell if they really want to write Magneto custom modules?

2 - Receive code samples and review a neutral person who has code. Did they describe the loss of development in Magento? Ask for some tradeoffs that they had to develop the modules.
