If a phone has a camera, how can I find out the program?
If Android claims to run version 1.6 or higher then all Android compatible phones have a camera Will happen. See for a device compilation program.
Unfortunately, no 1.5 ccd is found anywhere. I'm sure all the currently available 1.5 devices have a camera. For 1.5 tablets I did not want to be sure that
