iphone - Does my client need a developer account to submit the app I made them to the App Store? -

I wonder if anyone can provide insights here:

I am an independent multimedia firm I work for the communication that creates content for our customers We are currently working through our first iPhone app, therefore, my store has now completed an app that is consistent with our customer's brand, and we This app is available from our client's app store in Tan You want to be. Looking at Apple's documentation, everything is being written on the assumption that you are releasing your own app ... Therefore, a step is going on before the apple document where one is needed.

As a multimedia production firm, I have established a developer account for my company, which I am using to develop my client's app. However, I think my account can not issue my client application, provided it cites my company name as a publisher. So, how do I start this process from my customer? Do they need their 99 $ developer account for the first time, to publish with it, or what is the identity of a different publisher that I can set up within my account which represents my client?

Any other and all help will be appreciated on this. Thanks!

I usually make clients their accounts. Most customers from there will give me access to my admin account so that I can move in the remaining steps.

I often submit an app through my admin account, however, a team member is an option if there is no interest in providing customer administrative credentials.
